The cooling rack features a steel cross wire design and 6 raised feet which elevate your cookies, breads, cakes and scones into a raised position to promote uniform air flow when baking and cooling.
The cooling rack is made of commercial quality steel and features a non-stick PTFE and PFOA free coating.
