Returns + Exchanges
Online Order Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at orders@maisoncookware.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
In-Store Order Returns:
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days, provided the item is in it's original packaging and re-saleable (unused) condition.
To receive a refund, items must be accompanied by both store and payment terminal receipts as well as the payment card used at time of purchase. Your payment terminal receipt contains a code that we are required to enter in order to process a refund - this is a fraud protection measure implemented by the bank, and which we must adhere to.
Items returned without a receipt, or with a gift receipt, or not meeting the above requirements, can be exchanged for other products in-store or a refund will be issued in the form of a store credit only (no expiry date).
Warranties:
Warranties are all handled by the product's Manufacturer - *not* the store. In the event that you are having an issue with a product, please go to the Manufacturer website for support/warranty claims.
