This 14” Wok from Staub is heavyweight and built to last. The Wok comes with a glass lid so you can see things as they cook but also to make the pan more versatile. With the lid, this Wok can be used for simmering soups and stews to braising meats and vegetables. Without the lid, this Wok can be used for stir-frying, deep-frying and sautéing. This Wok also comes with a stainless steel rack that sits on the inside of your wok to keep foods warm while others cook or to rest foods after deep frying.
Staub’s signature black matte enamel interior is easy to clean and does not require seasoning like traditional raw cast iron. Cast iron may be slow to heat up but retains heat for an extended period of time, diffuses it slowly and distributes it evenly. The high-quality enamel used in Staub offers improved resistance to thermal shocks and scratching.

For best results:
- Heat slowly and use on low to medium heat.
- If using high heat, bring up to temperature gradually.
- Allow wok to cool before washing.
- Completely dry before storing.
