Compatibility:

** The Double Burner Griddle, like all our cast iron cookware, works on any heat source. However, this product would be ideal on a gas range, where the heat is more quickly distributed. An electric or glass top burner may just require a bit more time to heat up and allow for evening out of the heat distribution.
