A two-piece mouth-blown glass set designed for serving and chilling caviar. Ice is held in the bottom compartment to chill the caviar on top.
Mouth blown by skilled glassblowers, the footed bowl has a rounded melted rim and the foot is shaped using a wooden tool and applied by hand. The caviar dish has a wide rim, shaped by hand, to suspend it over the lower ice chamber.
