Spaghetti alla Chitarra gets its name from the guitar-like wooden frame with strings that the pasta is pushed through. Spaghetti is a favourite with tomato basil sauce or alla vongole, with clams.
Made from a certified organic Tuscan wheat, the pasta is slow dried and formed using bronze moulds.
