Founded in 1475 La Rochere dates from time when glassworks were built in the forest of Lorraine. It is the oldest working art glassworks in France.
La Rochere's signature Bee collection takes inspiration from the sun-kissed landscape and lavender fields in the south of France, while also reflecting an iconic symbol of the Napoleonic era. At Napoleon’s coronation ceremony, the bee pattern was discreetly included on the arms, crests, and heraldic figures of the New Empire.
