This beautiful Brazilian coffee is a bit higher elevation and has nice clean separation of flavours but most notably you will get hit with a big hit (like IN YOUR FACE) of natural roasty peanut butter when you open the bag. It also comes through clearly in the cup along with some clean stone fruit notes and bits of dark chocolate. We pushed this roast a little bit for pulling really great espresso shots and to blend with milk but, like all of our coffees, it's delicious as a pour-over or aeropress or French press and drank straight up black.
This coffee is natural processed and dried through a combination of African drying beds, green houses and mechanical dryers for consistency.
