Space Needed to Operate Sheeter:
When assembled, the sheeter is about 43 in L x 22 in W x 7.5 in H (109 cm L x 56 cm W x 19 cm H). Extra space for the movement of the sheeter board is necessary on both sides. When the board is fully extended to one side, add an additional 16 in (40 cm) of clearance.

The capacity depends on your dough type and final dimensions, but the main limit is the board size: 39.5 in L x 15.5 in W (100 cm L x 39 cm W). In general, it can handle up to ~2,000g of dough with ease.
