The Atlas 150 Pasta Machine from Marcato is the only pasta machine you will ever need. Made in Italy, this pasta machine comes with the attachment that makes 3 types of pasta and has 10 different thickness settings. 13 accessories are available and sold separately to make an extensive variety of pastas. With the Atlas itself, you can prepare Lasagne with a maximum width of 150mm, 6.5mm Fettuccine and 1.5mm Tagliolini.
The Atlas 150 uses rollers made of anodized aluminum alloy and combs and scrapers made of polymeric resin. These materials guarantee the absence of metal dust particles, which are harmful to health. The anodized aluminum rollers feature an imperceptibly rough surface. The pasta comes out porous and binds more easily with the condiments used.
The surfaces of the Atlas 150 can easily be cleaned with a cloth and maintenance is simplified by the presence of removable polymeric resin combs.
The Atlas 150 is not dishwasher safe.
