CURB-SIDE PICKUP: For those who prefer, you can wait in the safety of your car. You may call us at 250.933.1800 (or tap your horn and we'll come out to your vehicle), let us know which order you are picking up, and we can load it directly into your vehicle for you.
IN-STORE PICKUP: For those who wish, you are welcome to come in to our store and let us know you are picking up and order. We will give you your order from a safe distance, and can help you out to your vehicle if you need.
CAN'T FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR ON OUR SITE? We currently have approximately half of our products on our website for purchase, but we are adding products to the site daily. As a result, you might not be able to find the product you are looking for, but don't despair! Give us a call at 250.933.1800, and we can gather your order over the phone. When you come to pick up your order, simply come in, and you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Debit or ApplePay with a minimum amount of contact (contactless Tap is available), and we can have you on your way quickly and safely.

CHECK OUT & CHECK EMAIL
Once you've checked out, check your email for an alert letting you know your order is ready to be picked up. We will do our best to make your order ready as quickly as possible.

Please note, orders placed 1 hour before store closing may not be ready for pickup until the following business day.
COLLECTING YOUR ORDER
To collect your order, you will need to bring the order number and a valid government-issued photo ID.
If you would like someone else to pick up your items, please reply to this email with the full name of the person who will be picking up your order. If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid government-issued photo ID.
