That led us first to a 3D printer, where we scanned Tom’s perfect pan, undoing 30 years worth of James Beard Award-winning cooking and hard-earned seasoning, to finally (re)create Tom’s Pan, which he purchased from Zabar’s in the 1980s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur Carbon Steel combines the heat retention of Cast Iron with the control and maneuverability of Stainless Clad, resulting in a natural non stick alternative.
