This petite sized Roaster from All-Clad is the perfect vessel for cooking large portions for a crowd. Made of thick, durable, single-ply stainless steel, you can rest assured that this roaster will not react with food. From meat and poultry to meals for a small group, this roaster comes with an interior rack to elevate food for even browning while the high sides of this roaster help to keep splattering contained in the oven. This petite Roaster holds up to a 15-lb. turkey and is ideal for cuts of meat such as turkey, ham or roasts. It is also cook top-safe for making pan sauces or gravy after roasting.
