This tri-ply Stock Pot from All-Clad is a staple in every kitchen because of it's durability and versatility. All-Clad's d3 Stainless line sandwiches one layer of aluminum to evenly conduct heat between two layers of stainless steel to create a durable, non-reactive cooking surface. The 3 layers run throughout the entire Stock Pot to ensure even heat distribution for consistent results throughout the entire cooking surface, all the way up to to the rim while the curved rim makes your life easier and cleaner when pouring liquids.
The wide bottom of this pot allows you to sauté your ingredients before adding the liquids so none of the flavours are lost in transition. Though this pot is called a stock pot, it has a wide variety of uses from creating a variety of stocks to canning and blanching. Cooking for large parties is also made possible with the size of this 6 quart pot.
