This tri-ply Saucepan from All-Clad is a staple in every kitchen because of it's durability and versatility. All-Clad's d3 Stainless line sandwiches one layer of aluminum to evenly conduct heat between two layers of stainless steel to create a durable, non-reactive cooking surface. The 3 layers run throughout the entire Saucepan to ensure even heat distribution for consistent results throughout the entire cooking surface, all the way up to to the rim.
The straight sides and small surface area of this Saucepan hold heat while limiting evaporation. This pan is best used for making sauces, heating liquids, cooking food in liquids and reheating food.
