This tri-ply, Non-Stick French Skillet from All-Clad is a handy pan to have in the kitchen because of it's durability and versatility. All-Clad's d3 Stainless line sandwiches one layer of aluminum to evenly conduct heat between two layers of stainless steel to create a durable, non-reactive cooking surface. The 3 layers run throughout the entire Saucepan to ensure even heat distribution for consistent results throughout the entire cooking surface, all the way up to to the rim. This pan has the added benefit on a PFOA-free Non-Stick coating to to provide effortless release and easy cleaning.
The extra large surface area of the 11" French Skillet is ideal for frying, searing and sautéing larger batches of food. The high, curved sides of the pan hold in heat and liquids while allowing you to easily flip and baste food while cooking.
Use silicone, wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the non-stick surface. Metal cooking tools are not recommended for use on non-stick surfaces.
Induction, gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, oven and broiler compatible up to 500ºF/260°C.
Dishwasher safe.
